'Claim the Date'

The Armidale Visitor Information Centre and the Armidale Sports Council want you to claim the date!

Armidale hosts numerous functions, conferences, expos and sporting events every year, so before your group or organisation decide to hold any event, contact The Armidale Visitor Information Centre to see if that date has been claimed.

Or... in the planning stages, contact The Armidale Visitor Information Centre to see what may be on at the same time to compliment your event.

Claim the date is a joint initiative of the Armidale Sports Council and The Armidale Visitor Information Centre.

Follow these simple steps to check for already booked event dates, and to claim your own date!

1)    To check for a date, click here to be re-directed to our events calendar. Simply select the month you are planning to hold your event and see if another event has been planned for the same date.

2)    To Claim your date, simply fill out an online form below or download it and e-mail, fax or post it to us.

3)   We will advise you when your date is available to be viewed online.

Congratulations! Your date has been claimed!
